Dr. Brewer is an award-winning educator who has taught at the middle grades, high school, undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels. He was awarded the Teaching Excellence Award at the University of North Georgia and was inducted into the University of North Georgia's chapter of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society in 2019 for his teaching. Additionally, he holds a Certificate for Effective College Instruction from the Association of College and University Educators.
